Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 31 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the THINK AI website and any AI automation, software development, consulting, integration, design or related services provided by THINK AI. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, revision limits, support period and third-party integrations for a project will be defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice or written communication agreed with the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials, content, data and other materials reasonably required to complete the project. Delays in providing these items may affect delivery timelines.
3. Fees and Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be scheduled, paused or withheld if required payments are overdue.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our solutions may rely on third-party services such as AI model providers, cloud platforms, APIs, telecom providers, CRM systems or other software. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions or service limitations caused by third parties.
5. AI Output
AI-generated output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Clients remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and for decisions made using AI-generated content or automation.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, methods and know-how remain the property of their respective owners. Project-specific deliverables may be transferred or licensed according to the agreed proposal after full payment.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties should take reasonable care to protect non-public business, technical and commercial information shared in connection with a project. Confidentiality obligations may also be covered by a separate NDA where applicable.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing or harmful activities, or to interfere with the security or operation of any system.
9. No Guaranteed Business Outcome
We may provide automation, development, strategy or implementation support, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, ranking, platform approval or other commercial result unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THINK AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the website or services. Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by law and subject to the applicable project agreement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the applicable agreement. Fees for work already completed, committed third-party costs or non-refundable expenses may remain payable.
